building-manager-brochureAll contractors for repair, renovation and painting must become lead-certified, according to a new federal rule issued this past July, which applies nationally to all regions across the country. The deadline for certification enrollment is September 30, 2010.  Enforcement action for violations will begin October 1, 2010.
