Youth Empowerment Summit

YES programYouth Empowerment Summit (YES) is a new initiative created by the National Conference of Black Mayors, Inc. (NCBM). The goal of this initiative is to promote and increase financial literacy among young people in NCBM member jurisdictions. All active NCBM mayors who are committed to increasing the local level of financial literacy in their respective cities and towns and are prepared to establish or enhance an effective program are encouraged to submit a proposal to host a Youth Empowerment Summit.
